Construction of Gouwpoort officially underway

Construction of business park Gouwpoort in Purmerend has officially started. In the presence of buyers, the first pile was driven for this special project, developed by De Ruijter Groep B.V. in collaboration with Holland M.V.G. B.V. The construction is being carried out by Finish Projectbouw.

Located at business park De Koog, Gouwpoort comprises 36 high-quality and sustainable business units. Thanks to its strategic location near the N244 and fast connections to the A7 and A10, the project offers excellent accessibility within the Amsterdam metropolitan area.

This festive moment marks an important milestone, as the realization of Gouwpoort now visibly moves forward.
