DC Stepvelden

De Ruijter Groep B.V. is involved in the collaboration around a high-quality logistics facility located at Stepvelden on business park Borchwerf-Noord in Roosendaal.

The project comprises approximately 3,900 m² of lettable space, including warehouse, mezzanine and office components, designed to accommodate a broad range of logistics and light industrial users. Its strategic position, with direct access to the A17 and strong connections to the A58, makes it a well-connected location within the regional logistics network.

The development focuses on functionality, flexibility and long-term usability, with features such as high floor loads, generous clear heights and integrated loading facilities.

Completion is scheduled for Q4 2026.
