De Ruijter Groep B.V. is responsible for the development of a modern 18-unit business park located at the Kelvinstraat on business park Eekte-Hazewinkel in Oldenzaal.

The project comprises a high-quality multi-tenant building on a 2,220 m² site, with flexible units designed for a mix of workspace, storage and office use. Each unit features its own entrance, overhead door and on-site parking.

The project is largely sold prior to completion. Construction is scheduled to commence in Q3 2025, with completion expected in Q2 2026.
