De Ruijter Groep B.V. was involved in the repositioning of a 2.5-hectare redevelopment site located at Konijnenberg 68 in Breda, on the established business park De Krogten.

The project focuses on the transformation of a former industrial site into a high-quality, multi-tenant business environment. The planned development comprises approximately 18,000 m² of lettable space, divided into eight large-scale units starting from circa 1,800 m², suitable for a wide range of industrial and logistics users.

Existing structures are currently being dismantled, with materials partially reused in line with circular development principles. The new-build scheme is designed to meet contemporary operational standards, including high floor loads and generous clear heights.

The location offers strong accessibility and proximity to Breda’s city centre, positioning the project as a future-proof addition to the regional business landscape. Completion is scheduled for 2027.
