De Ruijter Groep B.V. is responsible for the development of Dok Zoetermeer 2, a 20-unit business park located at Signaalrood in Zoetermeer.

Building on the success of the first phase, this second development further strengthens the position of the location as a cluster for small and mid-sized businesses. The project is prominently situated along the N470 with direct access to the A12, offering strong visibility and excellent accessibility within the Randstad.

Dok Zoetermeer 2 is designed as a compact and efficient business environment, with a focus on usability, direct occupancy and architectural consistency across the Dok platform. Its proximity to Dok Zoetermeer 1 creates additional value through scale and synergy within the area.

The project was fully sold prior to completion, with construction scheduled to commence in Q2 2026 and completion in Q4 2026.
