De Ruijter Groep B.V. is responsible for the development of Dok Rotterdam, a 33-unit business park located at Thurledeweg 85 in the Spaanse Polder.

The project is positioned within the largest urban business district in the Netherlands, with direct access to the A20 and strong regional connectivity. Its location on privately owned land, combined with a waterfront setting, makes it a rare and strategic development within Rotterdam .
