De Ruijter Groep repositioned a 6,870 m² development site at Waldeck Pyrmontstraat 3 in Eindhoven, located on business park De Hurk, a prime location for last-mile logistics.

The plot was affected by significant soil contamination. De Ruijter Groep managed the full remediation process and delivered a clean, construction-ready site.

This enabled the successful development of a DHL Cityhub, strengthening the local supply chain and supporting efficient urban distribution of 15.000+ packages a day.
